Terms and Conditions.

All about Visa Dummy Tickets (VDT.) legal contract.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to visadummytickets.com and your purchase or use of the reservation-document services supplied under the Visa Dummy Tickets or VDT. brand.

In these Terms, “VDT.,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Visa Dummy Tickets. “Customer,” “you” and “your” refer to the person placing an order, paying for a service, submitting traveller information or using a document supplied by VDT.

By accessing the Website, submitting an order, providing information, making payment or using a delivered document, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. Do not use the Website or place an order if you do not agree with them.

The service description, selected package, price, traveller allowance, delivery option and other conditions displayed during checkout form part of the agreement for the relevant order.

Important Delivery and Refund Notice

Please read the following points before placing an order:

  • ’s maximum standard processing period is 72 hours after successful payment and receipt of all complete and usable order information.
  • Standard orders may be completed at any time within the stated 48–72-hour processing window.
  • An urgent-delivery estimate of 1–2 hours is a priority-processing target and not an unconditional delivery guarantee.
  • Urgent orders may take longer during high-demand periods, airline or hotel system interruptions, availability restrictions, technical problems or when customer clarification is required.
  • Failure to complete an urgent order within 1–2 hours does not by itself create a refund entitlement.
  • A delivery-delay refund may be considered only when the order remains undelivered after the full 72-hour maximum period, the delay is attributable to VDT., and the customer has supplied all required information.
  • Refunds are not provided merely because a customer changes their mind, cancels an order, supplies incorrect details, rejects an available airline or hotel option, or misunderstands the nature of a reservation document.
  • Visa refusal does not automatically qualify for a refund. A refund may be available only where official written evidence clearly confirms that a verified defect in the document supplied by VDT. materially caused the refusal.

These points are explained in detail in the Refund Policy contained in these Terms.

About VDT. and the Agreement

Visa Dummy Tickets operates the Website and supplies reservation-based travel documents for visa applications, travel-plan presentation and related itinerary preparation.

These Terms form an agreement between VDT. and the customer who places or uses the order.

A person ordering on behalf of another traveller confirms that they:

  • have permission to provide the traveller’s information;
  • are authorized to communicate and make decisions concerning the order;
  • will provide the traveller with any relevant documents and service information; and
  • accept these Terms in connection with the order.

Eligibility and Authority

You may use the Website only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Where a person has not reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, the order must be placed or approved by an authorized parent, guardian or legally responsible adult.

By using the Website, you confirm that:

  • your use of the Website and services is lawful;
  • the information you provide is genuine, complete and not misleading;
  • you are the traveller or have authority to act for each traveller;
  • you will not use the service for fraud, deception or unlawful immigration activity;
  • you understand the nature of the reservation service being purchased; and
  • you will comply with the requirements of the relevant airline, hotel, embassy, consulate, visa application centre and immigration authority.

Services Covered by These Terms

VDT. may provide:

  • dummy flight tickets for visa applications;
  • flight reservations and flight itineraries;
  • airline booking confirmations;
  • one-way, round-trip and multi-city flight reservations;
  • dummy hotel bookings;
  • hotel itineraries and proof of accommodation;
  • combined flight and hotel reservation packages;
  • reservation verification information;
  • correction, replacement and reactivation support; and
  • related travel-document preparation services displayed on the Website.

The precise service inclusions are those shown on the relevant service page or checkout screen when the order is placed.

Package inclusions may vary according to:

  • the service selected;
  • number of travellers;
  • number of flights or journey segments;
  • one-way, return or multi-city routing;
  • number of hotel properties;
  • reservation duration;
  • standard or urgent processing;
  • correction entitlement; and
  • optional services or upgrades.

VDT. does not provide legal advice, immigration representation, visa appointments, government processing, border-clearance services or guaranteed visa approval.

Nature of Reservation Documents

VDT. supplies temporary reservation records intended to present a proposed journey or accommodation plan during the visa-application stage.

The word “dummy” refers to the temporary and application-stage nature of the reservation. It does not mean that VDT. supplies counterfeit, edited or fabricated travel documents.

Flight reservations

A flight reservation supplied by VDT.:

  • is not a fully paid airline ticket;
  • is not an electronic ticket issued for travel;
  • is not a boarding pass;
  • does not create a right to check in or board an aircraft;
  • does not include baggage, seat selection or other paid airline services unless expressly stated;
  • does not guarantee that the same fare will remain available for later purchase; and
  • must not be used as though the customer has already purchased the journey.

Hotel reservations

A hotel reservation supplied by VDT.:

  • is not necessarily a prepaid hotel stay;
  • is not proof that the full accommodation cost has been paid;
  • is not a guaranteed admission or occupancy voucher;
  • does not replace accommodation that must be active and properly paid for at the time of travel; and
  • may be subject to the hotel’s or reservation provider’s operational conditions.

Customers remain responsible for separately purchasing the tickets, accommodation and travel services required for their actual journey.

No Visa or Immigration Guarantee

VDT. prepares reservation documents to support the presentation of intended travel and accommodation.

Purchasing or using a VDT. service does not guarantee:

  • acceptance by every embassy, consulate or visa application centre;
  • visa approval or issuance;
  • approval for the complete period requested;
  • a successful visa interview;
  • faster application processing;
  • acceptance at a border;
  • permission to board an aircraft; or
  • any particular immigration decision.

Visa and immigration decisions are made exclusively by the relevant authority. A decision can depend on financial evidence, travel history, employment, family circumstances, insurance, purpose of travel, supporting documents, interview responses and other matters outside VDT.’s control.

A visa refusal, processing delay, request for further evidence or appointment cancellation does not by itself establish that VDT. failed to supply the purchased service.

Customer Information and Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for reviewing all information entered in the order form.

This includes:

  • complete traveller names and surnames;
  • passport-related identity information requested by the form;
  • email address and telephone number;
  • departure and destination cities;
  • airport selections;
  • departure, return and onward-travel dates;
  • one-way, round-trip or multi-city requirements;
  • hotel cities;
  • hotel check-in and check-out dates;
  • number of travellers;
  • intended visa application country;
  • appointment or submission date; and
  • airline, route, timing, hotel or location preferences.

Names must be entered in the form requested and should correspond with the relevant passport.

Flight dates, hotel dates, insurance periods, visa-form dates and cover-letter dates should form one consistent travel timeline.

VDT. is not responsible for errors, delays, unsuitable documents or additional costs resulting from:

  • inaccurate customer information;
  • misspelled names entered by the customer;
  • conflicting dates;
  • incomplete instructions;
  • unclear route requirements;
  • an incorrect email address;
  • late responses;
  • impossible travel requests; or
  • information that differs from the visa application.

Processing may pause while VDT. waits for clarification. Time spent waiting for the customer’s response is not counted as a VDT. processing delay.

Availability of Requested Flights, Hotels and Dates

Airline schedules, hotel inventory and reservation-system access are controlled by independent providers and may change without notice.

A requested airline, direct flight, connection, departure time, airport, hotel, room type or property is treated as a preference unless the relevant service expressly states that it is guaranteed.

VDT. may use a reasonable available alternative where the exact preference cannot be reserved. An alternative may include:

  • another airline;
  • a different flight number;
  • a connecting service instead of a direct service;
  • a reasonable departure-time variation;
  • another airport serving the requested destination;
  • another hotel in the requested city;
  • accommodation in a nearby area or connected locality;
  • a different property of a comparable reservation purpose; or
  • an adjusted route that continues to reflect the intended journey.

A reasonable alternative supplied because the requested option was unavailable does not create a refund entitlement.

Some airlines do not release schedules or reservation access far in advance. If travel dates are outside the available booking range, VDT. may ask the customer to:

  • provide nearer dates;
  • accept an alternative arrangement;
  • postpone preparation;
  • use the service for revised dates; or
  • place a new order when the schedule becomes available.

No refund is due where the customer supplies unavailable, non-operational or impossible dates and refuses a reasonable alternative or date adjustment.

Order Placement and Acceptance

Submitting an order is a request for VDT. to supply the selected service.

Payment confirmation or an automated acknowledgement does not require VDT. to accept or complete an order affected by:

  • suspected fraud;
  • unauthorized payment;
  • payment reversal;
  • an obvious pricing error;
  • missing essential information;
  • unsupported or impossible instructions;
  • abusive conduct;
  • unlawful use;
  • restricted technical availability; or
  • a breach of these Terms.

VDT. may decline, suspend or cancel an order before delivery where the service cannot reasonably or lawfully be completed.

Where VDT. cancels an accepted order for a reason not caused by the customer and no usable service has been supplied, the amount paid for the unavailable service will be returned through the original payment method where practicable.

Processing and Delivery

Processing begins after:

  1. payment has been successfully received or authorized; and
  2. has received all information required to prepare the order.

Completed documents are normally delivered to the email address supplied during checkout or through another delivery method stated in the order process.

The customer is responsible for:

  • providing an active and correctly spelled email address;
  • maintaining sufficient inbox capacity;
  • checking spam, junk, promotions and filtered folders;
  • reviewing payment and order-confirmation emails;
  • responding promptly to clarification requests; and
  • contacting support if the maximum processing period has passed.

An email rejected because of an incorrect address, full inbox, spam filter, customer server or other customer-controlled issue does not count as non-delivery by VDT.

Standard processing

Unless a different period is expressly stated, customers must allow up to 72 hours for order processing.

The applicable maximum period is measured from the later of:

  • successful payment; or
  • receipt of the complete, accurate and usable information required for the order.

If VDT. requests clarification, the processing period pauses until the customer supplies an adequate response.

Urgent processing

Where an urgent 1–2-hour service is offered, VDT. will prioritize the order and use reasonable efforts to complete it within that period.

The urgent timeframe is an estimated priority target. It may be affected by:

  • unusually high order volume;
  • peak or rush periods;
  • airline or hotel inventory limitations;
  • third-party system interruptions;
  • route complexity;
  • multi-city requirements;
  • payment review;
  • missing information;
  • customer response time;
  • internet or email disruption; or
  • circumstances outside VDT.’s reasonable control.

An urgent order that takes longer than 1–2 hours is not automatically refundable. The customer must still allow the maximum processing period of 72 hours before requesting a delivery-delay refund.

Reservation Validity and Monitoring

Reservation documents are temporary and remain subject to airline, hotel, distribution-system and reservation-provider rules.

Where a service includes monitoring or validity support of up to 14 days, that period means that VDT. will provide the support stated for the purchased service during the applicable window.

“Up to 14 days” does not mean that:

  • every reservation will remain active for exactly 14 full days;
  • a reservation will remain active after its travel or departure date;
  • a third-party system cannot amend or deactivate a record;
  • the reservation will remain active indefinitely; or
  • the reservation can be used for actual travel without purchasing the required ticket or accommodation.

A reservation may deactivate, expire or change because of:

  • airline operational changes;
  • flight cancellation;
  • schedule changes;
  • hotel inventory changes;
  • reservation-system rules;
  • departure-date proximity;
  • provider restrictions; or
  • technical conditions outside VDT.’s control.

Where a validity issue is reported during the applicable support period, VDT. may review the record and provide reactivation, correction or replacement support where permitted by the purchased service.

A reservation reaching the end of its disclosed validity period does not qualify for a refund.

Verification of Reservations

Flight-reservation information is supplied for review through the relevant airline’s official Manage Booking facility using the booking reference or PNR and the traveller’s surname.

Hotel-reservation information is supplied for review through CheckMyTrip using the booking details provided with the order.

Customers must:

  • review the document promptly after delivery;
  • confirm that the traveller details and dates are correct;
  • report any unresolved verification issue during the support period;
  • check the reservation again before submitting the application; and
  • avoid waiting until the visa appointment to report a problem.

VDT. does not own or control airline websites, CheckMyTrip or other independent reservation platforms. Their login requirements, security checks, availability, display formats and technical processes may change independently.

A temporary failure of an external website or reservation platform does not by itself establish a failure by VDT.

Customers should report a verification concern as soon as possible and, wherever practical, at least one day before the visa appointment or document-submission date. VDT. is not responsible for a refund where the customer waits until the interview, appointment or submission time to report an issue that could reasonably have been reviewed earlier.

Booking references are confidential. Customers must not publish them or disclose them to unauthorized persons.

Corrections and Changes

The purchased service may include up to four eligible corrections, subject to the service description and reservation status.

An eligible correction may include a reasonable amendment to:

  • spelling;
  • travel date;
  • return date;
  • flight route;
  • airport;
  • city sequence;
  • hotel date; or
  • accommodation information.

Corrections must remain reasonably connected to the original order.

Correction support does not automatically include:

  • replacing the original traveller with another person;
  • creating a completely different journey;
  • changing the principal destination;
  • changing the visa purpose;
  • adding substantial new routes or hotel stays;
  • repeated document reissues;
  • changes requested after the correction allowance has been used;
  • changes requested after reservation expiry;
  • changes requested after the travel date;
  • changes requested outside the support period; or
  • redesigning the document for requirements not included in the service.

Where a mistake was caused by the customer’s original information, VDT. may require an additional payment or a new order, particularly where a new reservation record must be created.

Where the mistake was caused by VDT., the customer must first allow VDT. a reasonable opportunity of up to 48 hours after receiving a complete error report to correct, replace or otherwise resolve the issue.

Prices, Payment and Charges

Prices are displayed on the Website and may vary according to:

  • service type;
  • number of travellers;
  • number of routes or segments;
  • number of hotels;
  • standard or urgent processing;
  • correction requirements; and
  • additional service options.

The amount displayed in the final checkout summary applies to the order unless an obvious technical or pricing error has occurred.

VDT. may change future prices and service packages without changing the valid price of an order already accepted.

Payments may be processed by an independent payment provider, including Stripe or another provider identified during checkout. The provider’s terms and privacy practices apply to the payment transaction.

VDT. may receive transaction status, order value and limited billing information but should not be assumed to store complete card information directly.

The customer is responsible for any:

  • bank fee;
  • currency-conversion charge;
  • card-issuer fee;
  • international transaction charge; or
  • payment-provider charge imposed outside VDT.’s checkout.

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy forms a central part of these Terms.

Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, refunds are available only in the limited circumstances described below.

  1. Refund for failure to deliver within 72 hours

A customer may request a full refund where all of the following conditions are satisfied:

  • successful payment was received;
  • all complete and accurate order information was supplied;
  • the customer responded promptly to any clarification request;
  • more than 72 hours have passed since processing properly began;
  • no usable document or ordered service has been delivered; and
  • the delay was caused by VDT. rather than the customer, payment provider, airline, hotel, external system or an event outside VDT.’s reasonable control.

A refund request based on delayed delivery cannot be made solely because an urgent 1–2-hour target was missed.

The urgent estimate does not replace the 72-hour maximum processing period.

  1. Refund for an unresolved VDT. error

Where a delivered document contains a material error caused by VDT., the customer must first:

  1. contact support promptly;
  2. identify the specific error;
  3. provide the order reference and relevant evidence; and
  4. allow VDT. up to 48 hours after receiving the complete report to correct, replace or resolve the document.

A refund may be approved where:

  • the error was clearly caused by VDT.;
  • the error materially prevented the service from meeting its published description;
  • the customer reported it within the applicable support period; and
  • did not correct, replace or otherwise resolve it within the correction period.

No refund is due after VDT. has successfully corrected or replaced the document.

  1. Refund following visa refusal

Visa refusal alone does not qualify for a refund.

A customer may request a refund review only where the customer supplies official and verifiable written evidence from the relevant embassy, consulate or visa authority clearly showing that:

  • the application was refused because of a material defect in the flight or hotel reservation supplied by VDT.; and
  • the stated defect was caused by VDT. rather than by customer information, reservation expiry, late submission, altered documents, third-party action or another part of the visa application.

The customer must provide:

  • the complete official refusal letter;
  • the order reference;
  • the document supplied by VDT.;
  • relevant verification evidence; and
  • any additional information reasonably required to assess the claim.

A general visa refusal letter, verbal statement, unofficial message, travel-agent opinion or refusal based on finances, purpose of travel, insurance, employment, accommodation credibility, documentation gaps or another application factor does not qualify.

VDT. may verify the authenticity and stated reason for refusal before approving a refund.

  1. Duplicate payment

Where the customer is charged more than once for the same order and the duplicate transaction is confirmed, VDT. will arrange a refund of the duplicate amount.

  1. Situations in which no refund will be issued

Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, no refund is due in the following circumstances.

Customer cancellation or change of mind

No refund is provided where the customer:

  • changes their mind after ordering;
  • decides not to continue with the visa application;
  • cancels the trip;
  • asks VDT. to stop processing;
  • purchases the same service elsewhere;
  • no longer needs the document; or
  • requests cancellation before or after delivery.

Preparation may begin immediately after payment, and VDT. may incur reservation-system costs before the completed document is delivered.

Incorrect, incomplete or inconsistent information

No refund is provided where the customer supplies:

  • an incorrect name;
  • an incorrect date;
  • an incorrect airport;
  • an incorrect city;
  • an incorrect route;
  • an incorrect email address;
  • conflicting hotel and flight dates;
  • incomplete traveller information;
  • ambiguous instructions;
  • information inconsistent with the visa application; or
  • an impossible or unsupported request.

VDT. may offer a correction or new reservation, but customer-supplied errors do not create a refund entitlement.

Failure to respond

No refund is due where processing or delivery is delayed because the customer:

  • does not answer a clarification request;
  • provides information late;
  • supplies unreadable information;
  • fails to confirm a required change; or
  • cannot be contacted using the supplied details.

Urgent delivery takes longer than 1–2 hours

No refund is due merely because an urgent order is not completed within the estimated 1–2-hour period.

Urgent processing can take longer during rush periods, high order volumes, technical disruption or limited reservation availability.

A delayed urgent order becomes eligible for a delivery-delay review only if it remains undelivered after the complete 72-hour maximum period and all other refund conditions are met.

Requested option is unavailable

No refund is due because a requested:

  • airline;
  • flight;
  • direct route;
  • departure time;
  • airport;
  • hotel;
  • room type;
  • property;
  • travel date; or
  • reservation preference

is unavailable and VDT. supplies or proposes a reasonable alternative within the purchased service.

Customer preferences are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Dates or schedules cannot be booked

No refund is due where:

  • the airline schedule has not yet opened;
  • the requested journey is too far in advance;
  • the flight does not operate on the requested date;
  • the hotel does not permit a reservation for the requested period;
  • the route is unavailable;
  • the dates are operationally impossible; or
  • the customer refuses to revise unavailable dates.

VDT. may offer adjusted dates, alternative arrangements or future-use support at its discretion.

Visa refusal without qualifying proof

No refund is due where:

  • the visa is refused for a reason unrelated to VDT.’s document;
  • the customer cannot provide the official refusal letter;
  • the refusal reason is not clearly stated;
  • the reservation was valid when delivered but expired before submission;
  • the customer altered the document;
  • another application document caused the refusal;
  • the authority requested further evidence rather than refusing the application;
  • the application was withdrawn; or
  • a travel agent or third party merely claims that the document caused the refusal.

Appointment cancellation, delay or absence

No refund is due because:

  • an embassy appointment is postponed;
  • an appointment is cancelled;
  • an appointment is rescheduled;
  • the customer misses the appointment;
  • the visa centre refuses entry for an unrelated reason;
  • the application is submitted late; or
  • the authority changes its procedure.

Where reasonably possible, VDT. may offer updated dates or replacement support under the applicable correction terms.

Reservation deactivation or expiry

No refund is due merely because:

  • an airline deactivates the record;
  • a flight is cancelled or rescheduled;
  • a hotel changes availability;
  • a third-party system becomes temporarily unavailable;
  • the reservation reaches its disclosed expiry;
  • the reservation ends after the validity period;
  • the departure date has passed; or
  • the reservation is affected by external operational rules.

Where the issue is reported during an active support period, VDT. may provide reactivation or replacement support.

Failure to check before submission

No refund is due where the customer:

  • fails to review the delivered document;
  • does not report an obvious error promptly;
  • does not verify the reservation before submission;
  • waits until the appointment or interview to raise an issue;
  • submits an incorrect document without reviewing it; or
  • reports the issue after the applicable reservation or support period has ended.

Dissatisfaction with preferences

No refund is due solely because the customer dislikes:

  • the selected airline;
  • a connecting flight;
  • the travel time;
  • the route order;
  • the flight number;
  • the hotel;
  • the property location;
  • the nearby city or area used because of limited availability; or
  • another preference-based detail that remains within the scope of the ordered service.

Expectation of a paid ticket or prepaid hotel

No refund is due where the customer orders a reservation-based document and later states that they expected:

  • a fully paid airline ticket;
  • an electronic ticket usable for travel;
  • a boarding pass;
  • a prepaid room;
  • a confirmed right to occupy a hotel; or
  • a complete holiday package.

The nature of the service is explained on the Website and in these Terms.

Third-party refusal or opinion

No refund is due because a travel agent, consultant, friend, employer or another third party dislikes or refuses the document without official and verifiable evidence of a VDT. service failure.

Changes requested after delivery or expiry

No refund is due because a customer requests:

  • a different itinerary;
  • a new destination;
  • a new traveller;
  • substantially different dates;
  • additional routes;
  • additional hotels;
  • changes after the correction allowance;
  • changes after the validity period;
  • changes after the travel date; or
  • changes several days after delivery when a new reservation must be created.

Such requests may require an additional payment or a new order.

Email and customer-device problems

No refund is due where delivery is affected by:

  • an incorrectly entered email address;
  • a full inbox;
  • a spam or junk filter;
  • customer email-server rejection;
  • lack of internet access;
  • failure to open the attachment; or
  • device or software incompatibility outside VDT.’s control.

VDT. may resend the document after the customer provides a working delivery address.

  1. Corrections, replacement and reactivation before refund

Where a problem can reasonably be resolved, VDT. may first provide:

  • a correction;
  • a replacement reservation;
  • a revised itinerary;
  • reactivation assistance;
  • an updated hotel booking;
  • another available airline or property; or
  • future-use service credit.

A cash refund is not required where VDT. successfully provides the service or resolves a correctable issue within the applicable support period.

  1. Refund request procedure

A refund request must be sent to VDT. support and must include:

  • the customer’s full name;
  • order email address;
  • order or payment reference;
  • the service purchased;
  • a clear explanation of the claim;
  • relevant screenshots or documents;
  • the delivered reservation; and
  • official evidence where the request concerns visa refusal.

Incomplete or unsupported refund requests may be declined or returned for further information.

  1. Approved refunds

Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method where practicable.

VDT. does not control the time taken by banks, card issuers or payment processors to display the returned funds.

Currency-conversion differences, bank fees and external payment charges are not refundable by VDT. unless required by law.

  1. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers should contact VDT. support before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that the matter can be investigated.

Nothing in these Terms removes a lawful cardholder right.

However, knowingly submitting false or misleading information in a chargeback, claiming that an authorized order was unauthorized, or disputing a correctly supplied service may result in:

  • suspension of support;
  • refusal of future orders;
  • preservation of order and communication records;
  • submission of evidence to the payment provider; and
  • recovery of reasonable costs where permitted by law.

Acceptable Use

You must not use the Website, documents or services to:

  • commit fraud or deception;
  • submit false identity information;
  • impersonate another person;
  • use another person’s personal information without permission;
  • create or present a counterfeit document;
  • alter a reservation to misrepresent its status;
  • describe a reservation as a fully paid ticket or hotel voucher;
  • interfere with the Website or checkout system;
  • introduce malicious code;
  • attempt unauthorized access;
  • scrape or commercially copy Website content;
  • resell services using misleading statements;
  • harass VDT. staff;
  • initiate abusive or fraudulent payment disputes; or
  • violate applicable law or the rights of another person.

VDT. may preserve relevant records and cooperate with payment providers, service providers or lawful authorities where misuse is reasonably suspected and disclosure is legally permitted or required.

Refusal, Suspension and Termination

VDT. may refuse an order, restrict access, suspend support or terminate a service where reasonably necessary because of:

  • a breach of these Terms;
  • fraud or attempted fraud;
  • payment reversal or chargeback abuse;
  • identity misuse;
  • abusive, threatening or harassing conduct;
  • unlawful instructions;
  • security risk;
  • technical or operational risk; or
  • a legal or regulatory requirement.

Termination does not remove rights, liabilities or payment obligations that arose before termination.

Refund eligibility following termination remains governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.

  • text;
  • graphics;
  • logos;
  • layouts;

  • technology providers; and
  • external websites.

VDT. does not control their websites, policies, schedules, availability, security procedures or business operations.

Privacy and Cookies

VDT.’s Privacy Policy explains how personal information may be collected, used, stored, shared and protected.

The Cookie Policy explains the Website’s use of cookies and similar technologies.

Both policies should be read together with these Terms.

Where a customer submits information for another traveller, the customer confirms that they are authorized to provide that information for the order.

Customers must not send passwords, complete payment-card information or unnecessary sensitive information through unsecured support channels.

Electronic Communications

By placing an order or contacting VDT., you agree to receive service-related electronic communications, including:

  • payment confirmations;
  • order acknowledgements;
  • clarification requests;
  • delivery emails;
  • correction updates;
  • verification messages;
  • refund decisions;
  • security notices; and
  • policy-related communications.

These operational messages are required to process and administer the service and are separate from optional marketing communications.

You are responsible for keeping your contact details current and retaining copies of relevant order communications.

Website Availability and Events Outside Our Control

VDT. may maintain, update, suspend or change parts of the Website without guaranteeing uninterrupted access.

VDT. is not responsible for delay, interruption or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, including:

  • internet failure;
  • hosting disruption;
  • cyberattack;
  • power outage;
  • payment-network disruption;
  • airline or hotel system failure;
  • email disruption;
  • natural disaster;
  • public emergency;
  • industrial action;
  • war;
  • government action; or
  • a comparable event.

Where such an event affects an accepted order, VDT. will take reasonable steps to resume performance, communicate with the customer or provide an appropriate service remedy.

Service Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Website and services are provided on an “as available” basis.

VDT. does not guarantee that:

  • the Website will always operate without interruption;
  • every third-party platform will remain accessible;
  • every route, airline, hotel or preference will be available;
  • an external system will always display information in the same format;
  • a reservation will remain active beyond its stated period;
  • airline or hotel schedules will remain unchanged; or
  • the service will meet an expectation not included in the order.

Nothing in this section removes an express service commitment shown at checkout or a warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VDT. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss connected with:

  • visa refusal or delay;
  • an unsuccessful appointment;
  • an official request for further evidence;
  • missed travel;
  • missed business or educational opportunities;
  • loss of profit or income;
  • inaccurate customer information;
  • use of a reservation as though it were a paid ticket or hotel voucher;
  • airline, hotel or third-party system activity;
  • customer failure to review the document;
  • reservation expiry; or
  • circumstances outside VDT.’s reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be excluded but may legally be limited, VDT.’s total liability arising from an order will not exceed the amount paid to VDT. for the affected service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or another liability that applicable law does not permit a business to exclude.

Responsibility for Misuse and Third-Party Claims

To the extent permitted by law, the customer is responsible for loss reasonably incurred by VDT. because of:

  • unlawful use of the Website;
  • unauthorized use of another person’s information;
  • deliberate misrepresentation;
  • document alteration;
  • fraudulent chargeback activity; or
  • a material breach of these Terms.

This section does not make a customer responsible for loss caused by VDT.’s own unlawful conduct, negligence or breach.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms removes a consumer right, remedy, legal guarantee or protection that cannot lawfully be waived in the customer’s jurisdiction.

Reservation documents are personalized services, and preparation may begin shortly after payment. Any statutory withdrawal or cancellation right may therefore be affected once performance begins with the customer’s request or consent, subject to applicable law.

Where a provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory law will apply only to the extent of the conflict. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Customers should first submit a complaint to:

support@visadummytickets.com

The complaint should include:

  • the order reference;
  • the customer’s contact information;
  • a clear description of the issue;
  • relevant documents or screenshots; and
  • the resolution being requested.

VDT. and the customer should attempt to resolve the matter in good faith before beginning formal proceedings.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Courts with competent jurisdiction in Allen County, Indiana will have jurisdiction over disputes, unless applicable law requires another forum.

Changes to These Terms

VDT. may revise these Terms to reflect changes in:

  • services;
  • prices;
  • technology;
  • legal requirements;
  • payment arrangements; or
  • business operations.

The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

Revised Terms apply from the date of publication unless a later effective date is stated.

The Terms in effect when an order was placed will continue to govern that order to the extent required by law, unless the parties validly agree otherwise.

General Provisions

Entire agreement

These Terms, the order summary, service description, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any service-specific terms expressly incorporated during checkout form the complete agreement concerning the relevant service.

Severability

If a provision is found invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, it will be modified or removed only to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

No waiver

A delay or failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.

Assignment

Customers may not transfer an order or rights under these Terms without VDT.’s written consent.

VDT. may transfer its rights and obligations as part of a legitimate sale, reorganization or legal transfer, provided that mandatory customer rights are not reduced.

No third-party rights

Unless applicable law provides otherwise, a person who is not a party to these Terms has no independent right to enforce them.

Headings

Section headings are included for navigation and do not change the interpretation of the provisions.

Language

Where these Terms are translated, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law unless a mandatory local-language rule provides otherwise.
