Stripe
VDT. uses Stripe to support online payments and payment-security controls. Stripe.js may place cookies or use browser storage to identify fraudulent patterns, authenticate applicable checkout functions and maintain transaction integrity. Stripe receives information directly from the browser under its own privacy and cookie documentation.
Stripe’s necessary fraud-prevention technologies can operate on pages where its payment script is loaded, even before a payment is completed. Payment-card credentials are provided to Stripe during checkout and should never be entered into a VDT. travel-information field, general support form, email or live chat.
Google reCAPTCHA
Certain VDT. forms use Google reCAPTCHA to reduce spam and automated misuse. Google states that reCAPTCHA places the necessary _GRECAPTCHA cookie when it performs risk analysis. The service may process the visitor’s IP address, browser and device characteristics, interaction information and other signals needed to assess whether a form request is legitimate.
Cloudflare Turnstile
VDT. uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect website forms and distinguish human activity from automated traffic. Turnstile evaluates security signals such as IP address, user-agent information, TLS characteristics, the relevant website origin and browser-environment signals. Cloudflare explains that these signals are used for bot detection and for improving Turnstile’s protective capabilities.
VDT. does not use information produced by these security tools for its own advertising, and it does not intentionally transmit passport numbers, PNRs or complete reservation details to either tool.

Consent and lawful use
VDT. separates technologies that are necessary for a requested function from those used for optional analytics, personalisation or advertising.

VDT. cookie settings
Use the Cookie Settings link in the website footer or cookie notice to review or change optional-cookie choices. Necessary cookies cannot be switched off through that panel because they support requested website, security or payment functions.
Browser and device controls
Most browsers allow visitors to view, block or delete cookies and restrict third-party storage. These options are generally available under the browser’s privacy or security settings. Clearing cookies may also remove a previously saved VDT. preference, causing the cookie notice to appear again.

VDT. does not sell cookie data in exchange for money and did not intentionally operate separate targeted-advertising cookies at the date of this Policy.

If a booking or payment feature fails after cookies have been blocked, review the browser’s privacy settings and allow the necessary technologies for the VDT. website and its payment or security providers.
Session cookies generally expire when the browser session ends. Persistent cookies remain until their stated expiry date, until the provider replaces them, or until the visitor deletes them. The durations in Section 4 reflect the provider information available when this Policy was updated and may change.
Deleting a browser cookie does not automatically erase server-side transaction, reservation, support or security records. Those records are retained and deleted according to the VDT. Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.
VDT. may update this Policy when website functions, payment arrangements, security services, analytics tools, advertising technologies or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
