Privacy Policy.

Accountable practices for protecting your personal information

Visa Dummy Tickets (referred to as VDT.”, we”, us” or our) operates www.visadummytickets.com and provides dummy flight tickets, dummy hotel bookings and coordinated flight-and-hotel reservations for visa-documentation and travel-planning purposes.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, booking forms, checkout, customer-support channels and related communications; why we use it; when it may be disclosed; how long it is retained; and the rights available to individuals under applicable law.

This Policy applies to customers, website visitors, people who contact VDT., and travellers whose information is submitted by someone placing an order on their behalf. It does not govern an airline, hotel, payment provider, reservation platform or other independent third party, which applies its own privacy terms to information it receives.

This Policy is a notice about our data practices, not a substitute for consent. Where applicable law requires consent for a particular activity, VDT. requests it separately.

Who is responsible for your information

Visa Dummy Tickets is responsible for the personal information covered by this Policy. Where applicable privacy law uses the term controller, VDT. acts as the controller for the processing it determines. Our contact details appear in Section 17.

If another person, travel coordinator, employer or family member orders a service for you, that person may also determine how and why your information is used before it reaches VDT. Questions about their handling of your information should be directed to them as well.

Personal information we collect

We collect information that is reasonably relevant to receiving an order, preparing the requested reservation, processing payment, delivering documents, providing corrections and support, protecting our systems, and meeting legal or business-record obligations.

  1. Information supplied through an order

Depending on the service selected, an order may include:

  • the purchaser’s name, email address and telephone number;
  • each traveller’s title, first name, surname and passport number;
  • the number of travellers and hotels included in the request;
  • departure and arrival cities or airports, travel dates, journey type, route and sector details;
  • hotel cities, check-in and check-out dates, property or location preferences and additional accommodation instructions;
  • one-way, return or multi-city preferences;
  • the consulate or visa authority involved, if supplied;
  • the requested delivery timing;
  • how the customer heard about VDT.; and
  • additional flight, hotel, passenger or order instructions entered in the form.

Please provide only information needed for the selected service. Do not send complete payment-card details, account passwords, unnecessary passport copies or unrelated identity documents by email, chat or a general contact form.

  1. Information supplied for support or corrections

When you contact us, we may collect your first and last name, email address, telephone number, order reference, message content, correction request, feedback, and any file or clarification you choose to provide. We may retain a record of the correspondence so that we can resolve the request and maintain an appropriate service history.

  1. Information about another traveller

You may submit information for a spouse, child, relative, colleague or other traveller. Before doing so, you must have authority to provide that information and, where required, make this Privacy Policy available to the person concerned. For a traveller who is a minor, the order must be placed by a parent, legal guardian or another properly authorised adult.

  1. Payment and transaction information

Online payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe receives the payment-method and transaction information entered during checkout and handles it under its own Privacy Policy.

VDT. may receive limited transaction information, such as the payment status, transaction reference, order value, time of payment, refund or dispute status, and limited billing or reconciliation data. Payment credentials are supplied to Stripe during checkout rather than through VDT.’s travel-information or contact fields. Never send a complete card number or card security code to VDT. by email, telephone, live chat or a support form.

  1. Information collected when you use the website

Our website and supporting technologies may automatically process:

  • Internet Protocol (IP) address;
  • browser type and version;
  • device type, operating system and language settings;
  • pages viewed, links used and interaction events;
  • referring website or source;
  • date, time and duration of access;
  • approximate location inferred from an IP address;
  • session, security and anti-bot signals; and
  • server logs, error reports and diagnostic information.

This information supports website operation, security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting and performance assessment. Some of it may be stored through cookies or comparable browser technologies.

  1. Information received from service providers

We may receive information from payment processors, reservation and fulfilment partners, email or support providers, anti-fraud services and technical vendors. Examples include a payment confirmation, delivery status, reservation reference, correction status, security alert or form-validation result.

The legal bases available to VDT. depend on the law that applies to the particular processing. Where consent is required, it is requested separately and may be withdrawn as described in Section 11.

VDT. does not use customer information to make a visa decision and does not represent an embassy, consulate or immigration authority.

Reservation preparation and verification

To prepare the service requested, VDT. may enter or transmit relevant traveller and itinerary details through travel-reservation, ticketing, accommodation, global-distribution or fulfilment systems. The recipients may include reservation specialists, travel suppliers, airlines, accommodation providers and technology platforms involved in creating, maintaining, retrieving or verifying the record.

Only information reasonably relevant to the reservation should be used for that purpose. A passport number is processed where it is required by the applicable reservation workflow; it is not collected to assess immigration eligibility.

When you retrieve a flight reservation through an airline’s Manage Booking facility or review booking information through CheckMyTrip, the airline, CheckMyTrip or another external platform receives the identifiers you submit directly, such as a booking reference and traveller surname. That third party handles the retrieval under its own privacy policy and technical practices.

VDT. does not submit your visa application, communicate a visa decision on behalf of an authority, or receive information from an embassy or consulate unless you separately choose to provide it to us.

Cookies, payment scripts and form-security technologies

The website uses cookies and similar technologies required for core functionality, payment processing, form operation, fraud prevention and website security. Some technologies store or read an identifier, while others assess browser, device or network signals.

The website currently uses the following third-party services:

  • Stripe supports payment processing and transaction security. Stripe’s handling of payment and device information is described in its Privacy Policy.
  • Google reCAPTCHA protects certain forms from spam and automated abuse. Google may process device, browser, interaction and network information under the Google Privacy Policy and applicable Google terms. Google states that reCAPTCHA sets the necessary _GRECAPTCHA cookie when it performs risk analysis.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile helps identify automated or malicious form traffic. It processes security signals such as IP address, user-agent and browser-related signals as explained in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

You can control many cookies through your browser. Blocking technologies essential to payments, form validation or security may prevent parts of the website from functioning correctly. If VDT. introduces non-essential analytics or advertising technologies, the Cookie Policy and consent controls will identify them where required by law.

For more information, see the VDT. Cookies Policy.

When personal information is shared

VDT. does not rent personal information or sell it in exchange for money. We disclose information only for the purposes described in this Policy, including to the following categories of recipient.

  1. Reservation and fulfilment recipients

Relevant traveller and journey information may be disclosed to reservation specialists, airlines, hotels, accommodation systems, global-distribution systems, travel suppliers, verification tools and other parties needed to prepare, maintain or support the requested record.

  1. Payment and fraud-prevention providers

Stripe and the financial institutions or payment networks involved in a transaction process payment and fraud-related data. Anti-bot and security providers, including Google reCAPTCHA and Cloudflare Turnstile, process technical signals to protect forms and services.

  1. Operational service providers

We may use providers for website hosting, infrastructure, email delivery, form handling, document delivery, customer support, communications, backups, security, diagnostics and—where enabled lawfully, analytics or marketing measurement. They receive only the information reasonably needed to perform the contracted function and are expected to protect it in accordance with applicable obligations.

  1. Professional advisers and authorities

Information may be disclosed to accountants, auditors, insurers, lawyers and other professional advisers when reasonably necessary. We may also disclose information to a court, regulator, law-enforcement body or other public authority when required by applicable law or valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, customers, the public or the integrity of our services.

  1. Business restructuring

If VDT. is involved in a financing, reorganisation, merger, acquisition, sale of assets or transfer of business, relevant information may be reviewed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection measures.

If a future advertising or analytics arrangement is treated as a “sale”, “sharing” or use for targeted advertising under an applicable privacy law, VDT. will provide any notice, consent mechanism or opt-out required by that law before or when such processing begins.

International processing and transfers

VDT. serves customers in multiple countries and uses providers and reservation systems that may operate internationally. Personal information may therefore be processed outside the country where it was collected, including in the United States and in countries connected with a requested itinerary or service provider.

Where the law requires a transfer safeguard, we use or require an appropriate mechanism, such as contractual data-protection commitments or another legally recognised transfer basis. Privacy protections and rights may differ between jurisdictions.

How long we retain information

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. The period depends on the category of information and may include the time needed to:

  • prepare and deliver the reservation;
  • keep the record available during the applicable correction, verification or support period;
  • respond to enquiries or complaints;
  • process a refund, payment dispute or chargeback;
  • maintain tax, accounting and transaction records;
  • detect fraud, abuse or security incidents;
  • establish, exercise or defend legal claims; and
  • comply with a legal preservation or reporting obligation.

When information is no longer required, it is deleted, anonymised or isolated from routine use, subject to the operation of secure backups and any lawful retention requirement. Different periods may apply to reservation details, passport numbers, support correspondence, payment records, security logs and marketing preferences.

Data security

VDT. applies reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, misuse, loss or destruction. Measures may include encrypted website connections, access restrictions, payment processing through a specialist provider, anti-bot controls, system monitoring and service-provider safeguards.

No website, email transmission, reservation platform or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers should use a trusted device and network, keep order and booking references confidential, and notify VDT. promptly if they suspect that a reservation document or communication has been accessed without authority.

If a personal-data incident occurs, VDT. will investigate it and notify affected individuals or competent authorities where notification is required by law.

Service and marketing communications

Service communications

We use the contact information attached to an order to send payment confirmations, reservation documents, delivery notices, correction updates, verification guidance, security messages and support replies. These communications are necessary to administer the requested service and are not optional marketing.

Promotional communications

VDT. may send offers, travel-document guidance or service news where the recipient has consented or applicable law otherwise permits the communication. You can unsubscribe using the link in the message or by contacting us. An unsubscribe request does not prevent essential communications about a current order, dispute, security matter or privacy request.

We may retain a minimal suppression record after an unsubscribe so that the address is not accidentally added back to a promotional list.

Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have the right to:

  • ask whether we process your personal information and obtain access to it;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • request deletion of information in qualifying circumstances;
  • restrict or object to certain processing;
  • receive certain information in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent for future processing when consent is the legal basis;
  • opt out of direct marketing;
  • opt out of a legally defined sale, sharing or targeted advertising activity, if any such activity applies;
  • appeal a refusal of a qualifying privacy request where local law provides an appeal; and
  • lodge a complaint with the data-protection or privacy authority in your jurisdiction.

To exercise a right, email support@visadummytickets.com with the subject line Privacy Request” and describe the request. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect the information from unauthorised disclosure. An authorised agent may submit a request where the applicable law permits it, but proof of authority and identity verification may be required.

We will respond within the period required by the law that applies and will not unlawfully discriminate against a person for exercising a privacy right. Some requests may be limited or refused where an exemption applies, including when information must be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, transaction records, dispute resolution or the rights of another person.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal.

Additional information for united states residents

For the purposes of state privacy laws that apply to VDT., the categories of information collected may include identifiers and contact information; passport and traveller information; commercial and transaction records; internet or electronic activity; approximate location; reservation and travel-plan information; and correspondence or support content.

The business and commercial purposes, sources and recipient categories are described throughout this Policy. VDT. does not sell personal information in exchange for money. Passport numbers are used for reservation-related purposes where required and not to infer characteristics about an individual.

Residents of a state that grants access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out or appeal rights may submit a request using the procedure in Section 11. A particular right applies only when VDT. and the processing fall within the scope and thresholds of the relevant law.

Children and minor travellers

VDT.’s purchasing and support services are intended for adults and are not directed to children acting independently. We may process information about a minor traveller when a parent, legal guardian or properly authorised adult includes that traveller in a reservation request.

If you believe that a child submitted personal information directly without suitable authority, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.

Automated processing

VDT. does not use solely automated processing to decide whether a person qualifies for a visa or to make another decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning immigration eligibility.

Stripe, reCAPTCHA, Turnstile and other security or payment providers may use automated risk analysis to detect fraud, bots or abuse under their own policies. A payment or form submission may be blocked or referred for review when a security tool identifies elevated risk.

Third-party websites and services

The website and reservation documents may link to airline websites, hotel websites, Manage Booking facilities, CheckMyTrip, payment services, social networks or other external resources. VDT. does not control those parties’ privacy, security or cookie practices. Review the relevant third party’s policy before submitting information directly to it.

Changes to this privacy policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our services, vendors, technology, legal obligations or data practices. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects how existing personal information is used, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when the applicable law requires it.
